Current Vacancies

We are looking for a new Front of House team member for our very busy service desk.  Send an email to with an outline of why you think you are a good fit for our team along with a recent CV.

Qualifications & experience

  • Able to work 40 hours/week, 7.45am - 4.45pm Monday to Friday 
  • Transferrable service desk experience.  Can you handle initial problem clarification, then booking, confirming, updating and the management of a job card?  
  • Experience working with an older demographic, the ability to be patient but direct.
  • Work well in a very busy Front of House team alongside the techs.
  • Experience with handling many different tasks at once, and dropping none.
  • Energetic, confident personality with excellent customer service skills.
  • Need to be fit and mobile to move in and out of RVs and around our large premises – should expect to do at least 15,000 steps a day.
  • Practical and pragmatic, with an interest in solving problems efficiently.
  • Eligible to work in NZ.

Key tasks & responsibilities
  • Welcoming people in the door, making them feel respected and cared for, but clear that you have work to do.  
  • Coordinating and scheduling our incoming work.
  • Updating customers and managing expectations around time and cost.
  • Supporting the techs to get through the job card on time.
  • Coordination of insurance and warranty jobs for customers.
  • Parts ordering for job cards and purchasing for workshop.
  • Invoicing jobs.
  • Providing technical product support over the phone and directing calls to the appropriate technician when required.
  • Team work - working alongside our Front of House and tech team to provide excellent customer service, support and housekeeping.
