Processing Insurance Claims

Are you making an insurance claim? We are keen to be the workshop to remedy your problem.  Your insurance company  is in the driving seat of the process in regards to what is covered and the solution  happening in a timely manner.  At the initial point of contact, be honest and clear with them about what happened and what your expectations are for repairs.

Familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions of your insurance policy and understand the coverage, exclusions, and any specific requirements or documentation needed for submitting a claim. Your insurance company is the key player in getting your RV back on the road.

Contact your insurance provider as soon as possible to report the incident and initiate the claim process. Your insurer will provide you with claim forms which need to be completed accurately and include all required information and documentation. Your insurance provider will assign a claims adjuster to assess the damages or losses. At this point, this is where RSE becomes involved. The adjuster will ask us to assess damages and provide an estimate for remediation. The team at RSE help your Insurance company to process (and validate) the claim, but they are not in the driving seat – it is your relationship with your insurance company that gets things done fast and the right remediation done.
